Seattle

Last month, me and the wifey took our last long vacation of the year by visiting Seattle for a week. Before the trip, we remained vigilant and up to date with the wildfires plaguing the Pacific Northwest at the time. Luckily, a change in weather pattern cleared the way for good air quality during our stay. It also brought with it the first rain Seattle had seen since April after a very dry summer. In any case, we were able to experience many different sides of Seattle and the surrounding areas. We got our touristy fix by taking a harbor cruise, going to the top of the Space Needle, and sampling foods at the famous Pike's Place Market. We painstakingly did research and read reviews before trying new coffee shops and restaurants. We explored Seattle's history with grunge music by visiting London Bridge Studio. We got our National Park on by visiting Olympic and Mt. Rainier. For our last trip of 2017, Seattle did not disappoint.
